Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter.

Shipping 

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. You may be subjected to import duties depending on your country. Adaptogents is not responsible for international duties and customs fees when shipping to Canada.

We work hard to ship all orders out as soon as possible. Most orders within the US will arrive within 2-4 business days after order processing. Orders placed for Canada will generally take 3-6 business days after order processing.

We offer free shipping for orders above $50 within the US. Our free shipping policy applies to Canadian orders of $100 USD and above. For orders under $100 USD, shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
