Order Processing
Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@adaptogents.com. We will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has shipped.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for All orders in the US.
We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. You may be subjected to import duties depending on your country. Adaptogents is not responsible for international duties and customs fees when shipping to Canada.
We work hard to ship all orders out as soon as possible. Most orders within the US will arrive within 3-4 business days after order processing. Orders placed for Canada will generally take 5-10 business days after order processing.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to error in the address that you provide.
